I really enjoyed staying here in Hanoi. I felt home away from home. First night our plane got delayed 3 hours and we arrived at the hotel at 3 am. I was a little bit worried as the hotel entrance looked closed and dark. As we were wandering, we saw someone was coming to us. He was the hotel staff member who was on duty that night still waiting for us. We are very grateful for his patience. The location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of places of attractions are within a few kilometers. The famous egg coffee place, water puppet show place, the prison, markets are within 10 min walking distance. Arranging tours and hotel transfers are easy to arrange at the hotel reception desk at the compatible rate. The hotel also offers a spa and massages at a reasonable rate. My son said their skills and price is much better than some massage places on the streets. The breakfast bar has a range of breakfast menus you can enjoy, toast bars, juice stations, famous Vietnam style cooked foods, salad bar, porridge, egg according to your taste. . You can do money exchanges at the reception at a good rate. The hotel staff were very helpful whatever request we had. Overall we were satisfied staying at this hotel and will stay with them if I ever go back to Hanoi. .

We stayed there for 5 nights . Everything about the hotel was excellent . We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly . We booked all our tours ,the jeep city tour, Ha long Bay tour , Nin Binh through the hotel and the staff ,specially Ms Lyn was really organized and made sure that we get the best. We booked airport pick up through the hotel as well and the service was really satisfied . Because they well organized all the tours we could enjoy our tour without any hassle . They gave us a printed map of Hanoi and gave us a brief explanation of the local interests around the hotel which was really helpful . We enjoyed the hotel Spa and the laundry service and both were really nice 😊 We booked the room with breakfast and it was a great deal. The spread was nice and the breakfast was ready by 6:30 in every morning .

Shobha

The staff were wonderful. There was some construction on our floor, however we didn't complain as they are working on making improvements. One day staff called and offered to move us. We were moved to a lower floor which had more space and the construction noise was much better. The breakfast is incredible and the young man who greeted us daily always has a bright happy smile. We got made to order eggs everyday. Our room was cleaned daily. On our last day we were about to leave, order our grab ride to the airport, however the staff stopped me and ordered the car and paid for our ride. We were certainly surprised at the thoughtfulness and thinking ahead for us. Kudos to all the wonderful staff here for making us feel well taken care of in your country. You went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much!

Despite some reviews degrading the location down an alleyway, when you have stayed in other Hanoi hotels you realise what a benefit this is as it's so much quieter! Staff are lovely, room was top (free upgrade) and we had a really good sleep for once. Breakfast was the best of the hotels we experienced here. Location is perfect as you are on the edge of the Old Quarter, so with easier access, but still ideal for exploring the Old Quarter. We are booking this hotel again for our final night before we leave Vietnam, and when/if we return to Hanoi (hopefully) we will stay here :)

Staff were very pleasant and helpful and assisted us with everything from advising on local attractions to what tours to go on. My wife also booked a massage at the hotel and really enjoyed it Access to hotel is via a side street, but lobby, rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was great.
